What a ranking here would turn on
A cover that looks good on screen and wrong in the genre sells nothing. The ranking will compare genre convention, typography at thumbnail size, and whether the print wrap is spec-correct.
Four things worth settling first
None of these need us to have tested anything. They are the questions that decide whether the thing you get back is usable, and they are all cheaper to ask now than to argue about later.
