What a ranking here would turn on
Three things separate the tiers here: render realism, whether the furniture list is actually purchasable, and how many revision rounds it takes to get there. The ranking will send one floor plan to every tier and compare on those.
Four things worth settling first
None of these need us to have tested anything. They are the questions that decide whether the thing you get back is usable, and they are all cheaper to ask now than to argue about later.

- 2State your furniture budget up front, or the shopping list will be unusable.
- 3Confirm the shopping list is items purchasable in your country.
- 4Agree how many revision rounds, and what counts as one.
